We’ll do our very best to find a new home for your ticket and refund you (minus the £2 booking fee).

This year, we are in a very very tight financial position due to debt from last year and a number of uncontrollable factors (such as moving location). We categorically are not in a position to be issuing refunds this year. Sorry about that, we are doing what we can to put on something special but it comes at a cost. If there are extreme extenuating circumstances, get in touch with us.
